First, send me an e-mail with the subject "Commission". Tell me what you want and how you're going to pay.
Then, wait until you get a reply from me and make sure you have the money needed to pay for the commission ready. When I have accepted your commission via an e-mail, I will sketch out the general idea of what it's going to look like, then send you another e-mail, including said sketch.
If you like the idea, you shall send me half of the payment to my paypal account (which I will give you when I reply to your first e-mail).
And when I've gotten the payment, I will work on your drawing, then send a watermarked version for you to view.
If you like it, I will keep working on it until it's finished. If you don't like it, I can change whatever it is you don't like and send you another preview. We'll repeat that until you're satisfied, then you shall send me the rest of the payment.
When that's done, I'll send you your finished picture without a big watermark on it (but it will be signed - just not as obnoxiously big).
